Return Policy on Go Earn It Branded Gear
There is no one more important to GO EARN IT than our customers and our goal is always to give you the best service possible. We have a 6 month return policy on any of our individual branded clothing products as long as they are returned to us in the original, new, condition you received them in.
Please contact us right away after receiving the merchandise you need to exchange and we will gladly exchange it and ship your new product to you immediately following the receipt of the returned item, in its original condition.
We have a 30 day warranty covering product defects. If your merchandise has a defect please send us the product and a copy of the receipt and we will refund your payment or replace the product for you.
We make every team order 100% custom for the individual customer. Because these orders are customized with your personal preference, we do not have a return or exchange policy. It is important to check the size, colors, spelling, and design before you place your order. All sales are final, and the only time we will replace the product is when there is a production error or the clothing arrives to you in damaged condition.
